Has anyone else experienced trouble connecting their Photive wireless earbuds to devices? I’ve followed the usual steps—charging them and enabling Bluetooth—but they just won’t link properly. It feels like they’re stuck in some sort of pairing limbo.
I even attempted to reset them according to the instructions, but that didn’t help either. Are there any specific tricks or settings that you’ve found useful? Also, do these earbuds perform better with certain devices? I’m trying to connect them to both my smartphone and laptop, but they seem to favor one over the other at times.
Any advice or tips would be much appreciated! What has worked for you?
I had a similar issue with my Photive earbuds. Sometimes they get messed up if you try to connect to multiple devices at once. I found that deleting them from the Bluetooth settings on both the phone and laptop, then starting fresh helped a lot. Also, they work way better with my smartphone than my laptop, so maybe try sticking to one device at a time.
