Is Upgrading to the Canon EOS R8 Worth It?

With the Canon EOS R8 now available, many of us are considering whether to upgrade our current cameras. I’ve been using the EOS R and have loved its performance for both photos and videos. Still, I’m curious about the improvements in the R8, particularly its low-light performance and autofocus features.

I’ve heard that the R8 has a more advanced sensor and improved processing power, which could really enhance my photography. But is it worth the investment? For those who have switched to or tested the R8, what differences did you notice? How does it compare to other recent cameras in a similar price range?

What do you think—should I go for the R8, or would it be better to invest in lenses and accessories for my current setup?

If you’re happy with the EOS R, maybe just upgrading your lenses could be a better move right now. I’ve seen online that good lenses can totally change the game for your shots without dropping a ton on a new body. Have you checked out what specific lenses might complement your current setup?
