Has Anyone Played Yu-Gi-Oh! Fists of the Gadgets Yet?

I’ve seen a lot of excitement around the new Yu-Gi-Oh! expansion, Fists of the Gadgets, and I’m eager to know if it really lives up to the hype. With all the new cards and mechanics, particularly focusing on gadget archetypes, how is it affecting deck-building strategies out there? Have any of you had a chance to play with it?

I’m especially curious about how the new cards are performing in competitive settings compared to casual games. The potential for new combos and synergies with existing cards could definitely shake things up. What have your experiences been? Did you discover any standout cards or game-changing combos?

Balancing collecting with competitive play is always tricky, so I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this expansion is worth the investment in time and money. How are you feeling about the current meta with these new additions?

I just played a few matches with Fists of the Gadgets, and the new gadget support really lets you pull off some wild combos. The new cards seem solid in both casual and competitive settings, but some definitely shine more in tournaments. I’ve been having fun with a gadget loop that lets you recycle draw power. Worth jumping in, especially if you’re a collector!

I’ve played a few matches with the new expansion, and honestly, the gadget stuff seems fun but lacks that punch in competitive play. I tried building a deck around the new cards, but they just didn’t keep up with some of the existing meta decks. Collecting? Totally worth it for the art, but I’m not sure I’d bank on it in a tournament yet.
