Hey everyone,

I’ve been having some trouble with my Mi True Wireless Earbuds lately. During calls, they keep cutting out unexpectedly, which is really frustrating since I depend on them for both work and relaxation. I’ve tried charging them, resetting the connection, and checking for any firmware updates, but nothing seems to help.

Has anyone else dealt with similar issues? What solutions did you find effective? I’m particularly looking for tips on fixing connectivity problems or improving audio quality. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be interference from other Bluetooth devices around me. Try turning off any other nearby Bluetooth connections and see if that helps. Also, sometimes just giving the earbuds a good clean can make a difference in sound quality!

I’ve had similar issues with my Mi earbuds, especially during calls. I found that sometimes just re-pairing them with my device fixed the cutouts. Also, try using them away from other Bluetooth devices; interference can be a pain!
