Best Speaker Placement Tips for Optimal Bluetooth Sound Quality

I’ve been testing out various Bluetooth speakers this year, and I’ve realized that sound quality can vary significantly based on their placement. Recently, I tried a few different models in environments like my apartment and the park, which got me thinking about what configurations work best.

I’m curious about the best practices for positioning Bluetooth speakers to improve sound quality. Does the distance from walls or nearby obstacles really make a difference? Are there specific features or settings on speakers that can enhance their performance depending on where they are used?

Has anyone here experimented with different setups or have tips for maximizing sound quality with Bluetooth speakers? What techniques or placements have you found to be the most effective?

I’ve found that keeping the speakers at least a couple of feet away from walls really helps with clarity. Also, if you can elevate them a bit, it totally opens up the sound—like putting them on a shelf instead of the floor. Experimenting in corners usually makes the bass overwhelming, too. Have you tried any of that?
