I had a ZTE phone last year and it was decent for the price, but yeah, the updates were super slow, and customer service was pretty hard to reach. Compared to Samsung, which usually rolls out updates quicker, it felt like I was left hanging. If you’re mainly looking for budget options, they might work, but don’t expect the same support you’d get from bigger brands.
